Last updated: 2025-01-01
In line with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), this page explains how to notify us of content you believe is illegal or infringing, and how we handle such notices.
1. Reporting content
If you consider that content displayed on CargoRush is illegal or infringes your rights, you can submit a notice using the contact details on the Imprint page. To help us act quickly, please include the following information.
- A precise link (URL) to the content in question.
- An explanation of why you consider the content illegal or infringing.
- Your name and contact details (unless the notice concerns certain offences).
- A statement confirming your good-faith belief that the information in the notice is accurate and complete.
2. How we handle notices
We review notices in a timely, diligent, and non-arbitrary manner. We will confirm receipt of your notice and inform you of our decision and the reasoning behind it. Where appropriate we may remove or disable access to the reported content.
3. Counter-notices
If your content was removed or restricted, you may contest the decision by submitting a counter-notice through the same contact channel. We will review counter-notices and may reinstate content where the decision is found to be unjustified.
4. Misuse
We may suspend the processing of notices and counter-notices from individuals or entities that frequently submit manifestly unfounded reports.
